Scope of work/responsibilities:

We are seeking two IT/Technical Recruiters who are people/service oriented
with excellent communications, time-management and organizational skills.
Upbeat individuals with a positive 'can do' attitude and a strong
understanding of the entire recruitment cycle as well as the technologies,
concepts, and processes involved. Candidates will be creating/positing jobs,
sourcing candidates (job boards, database, referrals, head hunting, etc.),
reviewing resumes, conducting phone & in-person interviews (to determine
interest, language ability, technical skills and experience, overall fit,
etc.) and reference checks, negotiating offers/contracts, building/managing
relationships with consultants, providing post-placement follow up, and
related prospecting functions (marketing projects, advertising, etc.).
Ability to assist with or previous experience/exposure to business
development, sales and marketing initiatives would be an asset.

In this role, you will be instrumental in: 1) identifying and expanding our
candidate pool and contacts (inbound/outbound calls, emails, meetings,
networking, etc.); 2) responding to client resource requirements in a timely
manner; 3) screening and interviewing candidates and managing the process of
sourcing, proposal to hire; 4) maintaining good relations with consultants
on project assignments and 5) assisting skilled candidates in securing
potential contract and/or permanent placement opportunities; and 6) refining
our processes and enhancing our competitive advantage. To be successful in
this role, individuals must be able to learn quickly, take initiative to
familiarize themselves with the projects and skill sets and involved with
each placement, and have the desire/passion to develop a breadth of skills
and experience to go outside of comfort zone and learn about other aspects
of business and services. We offer you an opportunity to excel in our work

those we work with succeed, we succeed. Mandatory skills: type 40+ wpm and
proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, OutLook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Preference given to candidates with Recruitment, Human Resources, Customers
Service or Sales/Account Management experience.
